Sunday, April 14th we will be covering the concept of Surrendering. We hear this word often, surrendering. What is it that we are actually surrendering to? What are we surrendering from? What is it that we learn from the act of surrendering and how does it effect the quality of our life? How does surrendering relate to our happiness?
During this 3 hour Sunday workshop we will be exploring and experiencing the art of surrendering. We will be discovering our own divine intelligence through embodied practice. And we will walk away from our time together with an enlightened understanding of surrendering.
